York Food & Drink Festival

Ten days of over 100 food and drink producers and street food stalls filling York's Parliament Street and St Sampson's Square, with a daily programme of chef demonstrations and evening entertainment from 5pm. Free to wander, so it's the kind of thing you can pop into more than once across the run.

Long enough to catch on a weekday when it's quieter, or lean into the weekend crowds for the full atmosphere — either way, an easy add-on to a York day out.
