Affiliate disclosure
Days Out Club is a free-to-read publication, and we keep it that way partly through affiliate marketing. This page explains what that means, plainly.
What affiliate links are
Some of the outbound links on our guides — for example to ticket sellers, tour operators, hotels or retailers — are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to book or buy, we may earn a small commission from that merchant. This never costs you anything extra. You pay the same price you would have paid going direct.
Who we work with
We participate in affiliate and advertising programmes operated by third parties, including networks such as Skimlinks, AWIN, and attraction-ticketing partners like GetYourGuide and Tiqets. Some outbound merchant links may be automatically monetised through these networks.
Our promise
- Recommendations are editorial. We suggest places and products because we think they're genuinely worth it — not because of the commission.
- A commission never changes our verdict. If somewhere isn't worth your money, we'll say so, affiliate link or not.
- We only link to merchants and products relevant to the guide you're reading.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you'd like to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, email hello@daysoutclub.com and we'll tell you.
