Raw Materials: Friday at Southbank Centre

As part of the Southbank Centre's 75th-birthday Riverside Sessions, this Friday evening hands the terrace over to Raw Materials, a Brixton-based charity that uses music studios and mentoring to support young creatives — the line-up is curated by their artists rather than booked off a festival circuit, so expect newer names over headline ones.
There's no ticket, no minimum spend and no pressure to drink to belong there: a genuinely good option for gig-goers who want live music without a club night attached, with the Thames doing the scenery as the sun goes down.
