Exhibition · Liverpool

Developed with Bristol and Brighton's museums, Gender Stories draws on centuries of painting, ceramics, photography and film — Grayson Perry and David Hockney alongside Catherine Opie and Zanele Muholi — to trace how gender has been expressed and understood across time. Objects range from a Suffragette teapot to a Liverpool LGBTQ+ football scarf.
A thoughtful, free way to spend an hour in the city centre, and it closes at the end of August — this month is the last chance before it's gone.
