Ten "wildlife superhero" sculptures, hand-built from hundreds of thousands of LEGO-style bricks, are hidden through Harlow Carr's gardens for the summer — a good excuse to turn a garden walk into a proper trail with small kids in tow.

If you time it right on a weekday, book one of the hands-on brick-building sessions (£2pp, ages 4+ with an adult, four slots daily Mon–Fri) to go with it. Pre-booking your garden ticket online is noticeably cheaper than paying on the gate.
