Anglesey Show (Sioe Môn)

This is the real thing — not a manufactured "farm experience" but Anglesey's actual agricultural show, run by the community that lives and works the land here. Expect livestock and equestrian classes, arts and crafts tents, local food and drink stalls, and a main ring packed with displays, alongside a small fairground for the kids.

It's a big day out by local standards, but it's the kind of big that feels rooted rather than commercial — a genuine slice of island life, and a good excuse to pair the show with a wander round nearby South Stack or Holyhead afterwards.
