Abergavenny Food Festival

This is the food festival other Welsh towns measure themselves against — 120+ producers and 60+ events spread across 11 venues, so you graze and wander rather than queue at one big tent. All the market stalls are wheelchair accessible with a level walk from the station.

The Saturday-night "Party at the Castle" (over-12s) makes it a genuinely good date-night option too.
