Cheap Legoland Windsor Tickets β The Best Ways to Save
Legoland Windsor tickets can be eye-watering at the gate. Here's how to get them cheap β advance booking, packages, passes and the deals actually worth having.
From Β£29
Best price is almost always online in advance.
Legoland Windsor is the UK's best theme park for the 3β10 age group β and its gate price reflects the demand. Pay on the day and it's over Β£60 a head. Book it right and you can pay less than half.
Book online in advance β always
Legoland's advance online tickets start well below the gate price (often from around Β£29 when booked far enough ahead, versus Β£60+ walk-up). Prices rise as the date approaches and as the park fills, so the earlier you commit to a date, the cheaper it is.
The best-value routes
- 2-day tickets. A second day is added cheaply, and with a park this size you genuinely use it. Great value if you're travelling any distance.
- Resort packages. Staying at the Legoland Hotel or a nearby partner hotel with tickets bundled in often costs less per person than buying separately β and the themed rooms are a hit with kids.
- Merlin Annual Pass. Worth it the moment you'll also visit Legoland plus Sea Life, the London Eye, Chessington, Thorpe Park or Madame Tussauds within the year.
- Off-peak midweek dates. Cheaper and far quieter β a double win at Legoland, where queues can be the whole story on a busy summer Saturday.
Tips for the day
Under-3s go free. Book a date with a lower crowd forecast if you can, arrive for opening, and use the Reserve & Ride or virtual queue system for the popular rides so you're not standing in line all day. Bring swim stuff in summer for the water areas.

For families with primary-age kids, it's one of the best days out in the country β pitched squarely at them rather than at teenagers. Just book ahead for a quieter date and you'll have a far better (and cheaper) day.
